This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned professional who thrives in the field. You'll be the go-to authority on construction activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth coordination between contractors and design teams. If you're passionate about infrastructure and want to be at the heart of a transformative project, this is your chance.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the lead site representative, overseeing day-to-day construction operations.
  • Ensure all work aligns with contract documents, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Resolve field issues in real time by collaborating with design and technical teams.
  • Lead site meetings and maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Oversee QA/QC processes, materials testing, and inspection protocols.
  • Maintain strong communication with contractors and agency reps.
  • Enforce environmental and regulatory compliance on-site.
  • Mentor junior field staff and foster a collaborative site culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Active P.E. license.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in construction management or resident engineering.
  • Background in water, wastewater, utilities, or transportation projects.
  • Familiarity with DOT, municipal, or public works environments.
  • Strong grasp of construction documentation, codes, and field practices.
  • Confident communicator with leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Procore, Primavera, or Unifier.
  • Willingness to be site-based with occasional travel between locations.

Why This Role?

  • Competitive compensation and full benefits.
  • Flexibility for remote reporting/admin work when not on-site.
  • Join a dynamic, mission-driven team with a growing U.S. footprint.
  • Be part of a project that's shaping the future of urban infrastructure.
  • The opportunity to work on transformative infrastructure projects that shape cities and communities.
