Key responsibilities
* Oversee multiple construction projects from planning through completion
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones
* Lead external architects, engineers, and contractors
* Mentor internal team members
* Review change orders, invoices, and project documentation
* Support constructionārelated lease and workāletter coordination
Qualifications
* 12+ years of experience in commercial or technical construction project management
* Ownerāside or clientāside background preferred
* Strong vendor leadership and team mentorship abilities
* Proficient in common construction and project management software
* Excellent communication skills
* Based in the Washington Metro or Baltimore area
