VP Valuation & Litigation
LVI is partnering with a nationally respected boutique valuation firm seeking a Vice President to strengthen its Valuation and Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to be part of high-profile litigation matters involving business valuation, financial damages, and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will gain experience across a diverse range of industries and case types.
Work Schedule
Hybrid: In-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Review expert reports, valuation models, and financial analyses for litigation and dispute matters.
- Assist in developing expert reports and valuation models for litigation and dispute matters.
- Conduct financial and economic analyses related to business valuation, lost profits, and commercial damages.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on case strategy and client deliverables.
- Support preparation for deposition and trial testimony.
Candidate Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in business valuation, litigation consulting, or financial advisory.
- Proven track record of performing complex valuation and damages analyses in litigation contexts.
- Deep knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and expert report drafting.
- Professional designations such as CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV strongly preferred.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and credibility.
