Opportunity: Business Development & Marketing Lead - Water Resources Engineering (Tampa Bay Area)
We're actively recruiting for a senior-level Business Development and Marketing Lead on behalf of a respected engineering firm based in the St. Petersburg, Tampa area. This is a strategic, in-office role focused on expanding the firm's footprint in water resources, stormwater, and watershed management.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, client relationship management, and business growth strategy. You'll be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, securing contracts, and helping shape the firm's long-term direction in the region.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in water resources or civil/environmental engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Demonstrated success in winning projects, developing client relationships, and expanding engineering teams
- Familiarity with FDOT processes and experience working with municipal clients in Florida
- Strong understanding of stormwater systems, watershed planning, and related infrastructure
- Willingness to work on-site in the Tampa Bay area (St. Petersburg office)
