職種概要
風況解析技術者として、日本国内の大規模風力発電プロジェクトにおける風況の設計
条件および発電量の解析を担当し、プロジェクトの開発を技術面から支援していただき
ます。
主な業務内容
- 設計用の風況条件の設定のため、および発電量の算定のための風況解析業務
- プロジェクト開発チームなど他部門と連携し、新規プロジェクトの実現可能性の評価ならびに風況に関する認証・許認可取得の支援
- 独立系エンジニアやパートナー企業と協力し、技術的デューデリジェンスの実施
- 外部コンサルタント、ベンダー、サプライヤーへの技術的スコープの対応、調整および管理
- プロジェクト開発チームと連携し、風況観測地点の選定
- 風況観測技術者と連携し、観測した風況データの取得管理と有効データの抽出
- 過去の経験や知見を活かし、業務プロセスの改善に貢献
- 継続的な学習機会（トレーニング・カンファレンス等）を通じて、技術や業界に関する最新情報を習得し実務への効果的な取り入れ
- 大学などの研究機関と連携した技術的課題への取り組み
＜必須要件＞
- 主体的かつ前向きに業務に取り組む姿勢（特に風力発電所の認証に関する日本特有の課題に取り組む意欲）
- 風力モデリング、エネルギーモデリング、技術的損失、不確実性、レイアウト最適化を含むエネルギー収量解析に関する包括的な理解
- 再生可能エネルギー技術に関する高度な知識と実務経験（例：風況解析ソフトの使用経験［MASCOT、RIAM-COMPACT、Windographer 等］、認証機関との対応［ClassNK、経済産業省など］）
- プログラミング（Python、R、Fortran）、GIS、風力解析ツール（MASCOT、WindPRO、Open Wind、Windo grapher）などの関連スキル
- Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint の実用スキル
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
- 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理する能力
- 重要課題を的確に把握し、適切な解決策を実行できる能力
- 日本語での高度な言語能力（読み・書き・会話）
＜学歴・資格＞
- 関連分野の学士号（例：流体力学、航空工学、再生可能エネルギー、統計学、大気科学、数学、物理学など）またはそれに相当する実務経験
＜歓迎するスキル・経験＞
- 英語での高いコミュニケーション能力（読み・書き・会話）
- 修士号の取得者
- 風況観測のフィールドワーク（現地調査等）の実務経験
- 普通自動車運転免許
