Key Responsibilities
- Manages the design and delivery of large-scale water and wastewater projects.
- Leads and mentors a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Oversees project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure.
- P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
