Role Overview
The Engineering Manager will oversee planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across municipal, utility, and regional clients. This leader will guide a team of engineers and technical specialists, ensuring technical quality, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff across multiple project teams.
- Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and technical quality for water and wastewater projects.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal strategy, client engagement, and scope development.
- Provide technical oversight on planning, modeling, design, and construction-phase engineering services.
