Director of Sales - Audio Visual & Collaboration Solutions

Location: New York / New Jersey (must be available to travel to NYC for client meetings)
Compensation: Up to $170,000 base salary + incentives

Our client is a well-established, mid-sized AV integrator with a strong reputation for delivering Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Audio-Visual Integration solutions to organizations across the U.S. and globally. They design and implement technology that transforms how businesses work, learn, and collaborate, always prioritizing the end-user experience.

As they look to grow revenue by $10 million over the next few years, they are seeking a strategic and driven Director of Sales to lead their sales organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the sales team, driving accountability and performance excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in AV sales, including leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of AV technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be based in NY/NJ and available for client meetings in NYC.
