The Role:
We're seeking a Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of geotechnical construction and a strong network in the industry. This is a remote position focused on driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in foundation-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in soil mixing, slurry walls, jet grouting.
- Drilled shafts and augercast piles is a plus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and project owners.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop proposals and strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business development within geotechnical or heavy civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of foundation techniques, especially soil mixing, slurry walls, and jet grouting.
- Experience with drilled shafts and augercast piles is a major plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
