The Role:


We're seeking a Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of geotechnical construction and a strong network in the industry. This is a remote position focused on driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in foundation-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in soil mixing, slurry walls, jet grouting.
  • Drilled shafts and augercast piles is a plus
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and project owners.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop proposals and strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in business development within geotechnical or heavy civil construction.
  • Strong knowledge of foundation techniques, especially soil mixing, slurry walls, and jet grouting.
  • Experience with drilled shafts and augercast piles is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
