仕事内容
環境・サステナビリティ支援
- 企業のサステナビリティ経営課題に対しコンサルティングサービスを提供する（温室効果ガス排出量の算定、LCAやカーボンフットプリントの算定、国内外の環境規制への対応サポート、サステナビリティ情報の開示・レポート対応など）
- 提案資料や説明資料の作成
- 環境・サステナビリティ関連サービスの提案活動
- 既存顧客との関係構築、アップセル、クロスセルの対応
- セミナーやウェビナーでの情報発信
- 海外拠点と連携したグローバル案件対応
応募条件必須
- 環境、サステナビリティ、エネルギー分野いずれかでの実務経験
- 資料作成・プレゼンの経験
- サステナビリティレポートやESG評価に関わった経験
- 認証機関、監査法人、コンサル会社での経験
- 新サービス立ち上げや事業拡大に関わった経験
- GHG算定、LCA、ESG開示の実務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力

The hiring company is a foreign-affiliated certification and assurance organization that provides services such as assessment, certification, and consulting, primarily in the areas of environment and sustainability.Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing environmental and sustainability consulting services to corporate clients, including activities such as needs assessment, GHG emissions calculation, LCA, regulatory compliance, and non-financial disclosure support.In addition, the role involves service proposal and business development related to sustainability offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Environmental & Sustainability Consulting
- Provide consulting services to address corporate sustainability challenges, including:
- Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculation (Scope 1-3)
- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and product/service carbon footprinting
- Support for compliance with domestic and international environmental regulations
- Sustainability disclosure and reporting support (e.g. ESG-related reporting)
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
Business Development
- Promote and propose environmental and sustainability-related services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including upselling and cross-selling
- Participate in seminars and webinars for knowledge sharing and lead generation
- Collaborate with overseas teams on global projects
Requirements
Mandatory
- Practical experience in environment, sustainability, or energy-related fields
- Experience in presentation and proposal document preparation
Preferred
- Experience with sustainability reporting or ESG assessments
- Background in a certification body, audit firm, or consulting firm
- Experience in new service development or business expansion
- Hands-on experience with GHG calculation, LCA, or ESG disclosure
- Business-level English proficiency
