The Role

As the Contaminated Land Lead, you will:

Drive the strategic direction and technical delivery of contaminated land projects across a range of sectors.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of environmental scientists and engineers.
Engage with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to provide expert advice and build long-term relationships.
Lead the preparation of proposals, technical reports, and regulatory submissions.
Contribute to business development and thought leadership within the environmental sector.

About You

You'll bring:

A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation in Australia.
Strong knowledge of Queensland's environmental regulations and guidelines.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
CEnvP (Site Contamination Specialist) or similar accreditation (desirable).
