Environmental Scientist - Remediation
We are seeking a motivated Environmental Scientist to join our remediation team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow their career in environmental consulting and work on impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental site assessments (Phase I).
- Perform soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling.
- Assist with remediation projects and hydrogeologic investigations.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project teams and support field activities.
- Travel as needed for project work (some regional travel required).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in environmental assessment and remediation.
- Hands-on experience with soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, and soil vapor investigations.
- Familiarity with Phase I ESA processes.
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary:$65,000 annually
