ILC Land Surveyor - Remote
My client, a well-established local Colorado surveying firm, is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to support their growing demand for Improvement Location Certificate (ILC) surveys. This is a remote-friendly role with a mix of field and office work, and a company-provided truck for field assignments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Colorado-specific surveying experience who values flexibility, autonomy, and working with a reputable local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ILC surveys across the Colorado Front Range
- Conduct both fieldwork and office-based tasks, including data collection, processing, and drafting
- Operate GPS, total stations, and other modern survey equipment
- Prepare accurate survey documents in compliance with Colorado standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Candidate Requirements
- Required:
- Demonstrated experience conducting land surveys in Colorado
- Familiarity with ILC standards and local regulations
- Proficiency with survey equipment and CAD software
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
- Preferred:
- Colorado residency
- PLS license in the state of Colorado
