What You'll Do
Manage all phases of land development projects from entitlement through construction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and municipal agencies.
Coordinate design, permitting, and construction plans in collaboration with in-house and external teams.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of internal project management processes.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development (residential and/or mixed-use).
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
Strong working knowledge of local codes, permitting processes, and site design standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
Highly organized and driven - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where results matter.
