An established engineering consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 4+ years of experience in commercial building design across markets such as office, education, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, and mixed‑use.
What You'll Do
- Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction.
- Produce drawings, specifications, and design packages using Revit or similar BIM tools.
- Support construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and occasional site assessments.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design, building codes, and mechanical load calculations.
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
