About Us
We are a nationally respected Industrial General Contractor known for delivering complex, large-scale projects across the Southeast. With two major projects valued at over $300 million each nearing the end of design, we're seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems execution from preconstruction through turnover.
The Role
As an MEP Project Manager, you'll oversee all MEP scopes across two major industrial projects. You'll work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure systems are coordinated, installed, and commissioned to the highest standards. This is a primarily office-based role with occasional travel to rural job sites (typically a week at a time, once or twice a month).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MEP design coordination, procurement, and installation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Lead subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control.
- Support commissioning and turnover processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, code, and performance standards.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of MEP project management experience in industrial or large commercial construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience managing MEP scopes on projects $50M+.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Georgia or the Southeast region.
