We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our team working on healthcare and data center projects in the Smyrna, GA area. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established construction firm with a strong reputation in plumbing and mechanical scopes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage complex plumbing projects from preconstruction through execution.
- Collaborate with estimators, VDC teams, and VPs to sell and deliver high-quality work.
- Provide input on conceptual bids and support preconstruction efforts.
- Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects, ideally in data centers or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction processes.
- Familiarity with tools like FastEST, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Licensed or eligible to work in GA, AL, or TN is a bonus.
