Professional Engineer - Land Development
LVI is working with a small engineering firm that provides opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and creating a bright future for engineers and the community. This firm's expertise is in civil engineering, land surveying, electrical distribution, traffic control, and inspection.
This firm is looking for a land development engineer with 4+ years of experience in land development, where you are knowledgeable in either residential, commercial and industrial site/land development projects. This candidate will be working as part of a team to process the project from planning to permitting and construction, through to jurisdictions for agencies in the county.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of civil engineering - land development experience.
- P.E License
- BSc in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
- Experience in grading, erosion and sediment control, site design, stormwater management, roadway design, and Civil 3D.
- Based in Baltimore or willing to commute.
Responsibilities:
- Utility design, including storm drain and stormwater management, grading, and site design for land development projects.
- Work closely with project management to establish project timelines and design.
- Development diagrams and visual aids.
- Prepare design specifications.
- Execute the project based on the outlined criteria.
