A nationally recognized, multi-disciplinary design firm is seeking a Project Architect to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale projects across sectors including healthcare, science & technology, and higher education.
The Role
You will play a key leadership role in delivering projects from early design through construction, acting as a central link between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project teams and external consultants
- Partner with Project Managers to drive project delivery and client relationships
- Ensure design intent is carried through all phases of documentation and construction
- Oversee the technical execution and quality of project deliverables
- Manage coordination across disciplines to maintain schedule, budget, and performance goals
- Participate in and lead:
- Client presentations
- Internal team meetings
- Consultant coordination sessions
What You Bring
- 10+ years of architecture experience
- 5+ years as a Project Architect on complex, large-scale projects
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Technical Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (required)
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience coordinating full construction documentation packages
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, science/lab, or higher education projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Sustainable design credentials
