Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Engineer to join the team in Little Rock, AR. This role is ideal for someone with a background in civil or environmental engineering and a passion for managing the technical and logistical aspects of water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical and field issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and daily reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in water/wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Little Rock, AR.
