Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex restoration and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout.
- Oversee field operations, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Collaborate with the Building Sciences team to integrate diagnostics and envelope solutions.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with design and engineering consultants.
- Support warranty and preventative maintenance programs post-completion.

- Building Restoration: FaƧade repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural rehabilitation.
- Building Sciences: Diagnostics, thermal imaging, moisture analysis, and envelope performance consulting.
- Preventative Maintenance: Long-term asset protection strategies, inspections, and service programs.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management.
- Strong knowledge of building envelope systems, materials, and diagnostics.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
- PMP or Construction Management Certification (optional but valued).
