Project Manager
Our client, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team on a high-profile substation project. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing complex utility infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the substation project, from planning through execution and closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain alignment on project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality specifications.
- Provide regular progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with utility projects involving Exelon or similar major utilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure, substations, and transmission systems.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Location: Offices and project sites are located in Northern Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania.
