Overview:

We are seeking Regional Director to lead and oversee infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for team development and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, public agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships to understand and meet infrastructure needs.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to clients and internal leadership.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and public forums.

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, surveyors, and technical staff.
  • Provide program-level guidance for infrastructure and development projects.
  • Align engineering operations with organizational goals and strategic direction.
  • Establish and enforce standards to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Project Oversight

  • Manage the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects from planning to execution.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Navigate and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support project managers in resolving challenges and optimizing delivery.

Business Development

  • Identify and support new business opportunities and client engagements.
  • Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering consulting.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in budget management, scheduling, and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
