A foreign-capital Renewable Energy developer is looking for an experienced EPC Project Manager to join their team!
The EPC Project Manager will be working together with Development and Engineering team to support for different types of renewable energy project development, mainly in Solar, BESS, and Onshore Wind.

Job responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of solar projects, including the evaluation of technical, real estate, regulatory, environmental, and interconnection due diligence for mega solar projects. / å¤Ŗé½å ēŗé»ćććøć§ćÆćć®éēŗćē£ē£ććć”ć¬ć½ć¼ć©ć¼ćććøć§ćÆćć®ęč”ēćäøåē£ćč¦å¶ćē°å¢ćę„ē¶ć«é¢ćććć„ć¼ććŖćøć§ć³ć¹ć®č©ä¾”ćå«ćć
- Perform project analysis and due diligence for ground- and rooftop-mounted PV solar projects in different states. / ē°ćŖćå·ć«ćććå°äøčØē½®åććć³å±ę ¹čØē½®åPVå¤Ŗé½å ēŗé»ćććøć§ćÆćć®ćććøć§ćÆćåęćØćć„ć¼ććŖćøć§ć³ć¹ćå®ę½ććć
- Create preliminary feasibility reports that include a schedule, budget, and risk analysis along with a permit road map. / ć¹ć±ćøć„ć¼ć«ćäŗē®ććŖć¹ćÆåęćå«ćäŗåēćŖå®ē¾åÆč½ę§å ±åęøćä½ęććčرåÆåå¾ć®ćć¼ćććććēå®ććć
- To guarantee the effective and legal development of solar projects, coordinate with the engineering, finance, legal, and construction departments. / å¤Ŗé½å ēŗé»ćććøć§ćÆćć®ęå¹ćć¤ę³ēćŖéēŗćäæčؼććććććØć³ćøćć¢ćŖć³ć°ćč²”åćę³åćå»ŗčØéØéćØčŖæę“ćč”ćć
- Oversee consultants and other outside parties to guarantee the success of the project. / ć³ć³ćµć«ćæć³ććå¤éØé¢äæč ćØć®é£ęŗćē£ē£ćććććøć§ćÆćć®ęåćäæčؼććć
- Assistance with the drafting, negotiating, and finalizing of land agreements, if required. / åæ č¦ć«åæćć¦ćåå°å„ē“ć®čµ·čćäŗ¤ęøćęēµåćęÆę“ććć
- Oversee development project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones. / éēŗćććøć§ćÆćć®äŗē®ćć¹ć±ćøć„ć¼ć«ćē“åē©ććć¤ć«ć¹ćć¼ć³ćē£ē£ććć
- Verify that development operations adhere to municipal and prefectural government regulations. / éēŗę„åćåøēŗęććć³é½éåŗēęæåŗć®č¦å¶ć«ęŗę ćć¦ććććØćē¢ŗčŖććć
- Collaborate with the development team to find solutions for a range of problems in order to successfully launch projects for commercial use. / éēŗćć¼ć ćØååććåę„å©ēØć®ććć®ćććøć§ćÆććęåč£”ć«ē«ć”äøćććććććå¤ę§ćŖåé”ć®č§£ę±ŗēćęØ”ē“¢ććć
- Determine the major projects, connections, and access restrictions at a high level. / äø»č¦ćŖćććøć§ćÆććę„ē¶ćć¢ćÆć»ć¹å¶éć大ć¾ćć«ę±ŗå®ććć
- Examine applications for permits, the conditions attached to them, and any implications for the Project. / čرåÆē³č«ććć®ę”件ćććć³ćććøć§ćÆććøć®å½±éæćåÆ©ę»ććć
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related fields / å·„å¦ć¾ććÆé¢é£åéć®å¦ä½
- 5+ years of working experience in EPC Project Management for Renewable Energy projects in Japan / ę„ę¬ć«ćććåēåÆč½ćØćć«ć®ć¼ćććøć§ćÆćć®EPCćććøć§ćÆćē®”ēć«ććć5幓仄äøć®å®åēµéØ
- Fluent English and Japanese communication / č±čŖćØę„ę¬čŖ
- Skilled in AutoCAD, PVsyst, PV Case will be advantageous / AutoCADćPVsystćPV Caseć®ęä½ć¹ćć«ćÆåŖé
- Driving license is desirable / éč»¢å čرčؼćÆęć¾ćć
