A leading electrical contractor is seeking a High Voltage Safety Manager to join their team in Indianapolis. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring the highest standards of safety across utility and industrial electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage safety programs for high voltage electrical construction projects.
- Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Deliver OSHA 30 training and maintain OSHA 500 certification.
- Perform site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to promote a culture of safety.
Requirements:
- OSHA 500 certification (required).
- Qualified to teach OSHA 30.
- Proven experience in electric utility construction and/or industrial electrical environments.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage safety protocols and regulations.
