Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Building Automation & HVAC Solutions
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead growth in the Greater Sarasota area. This is a strategic role focused sales and beinging on new projects for portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building automation, HVAC, or low-voltage/mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the Sarasota territory, focusing on direct-to-owner engagements.
- Leverage existing customer relationships and industry knowledge to penetrate the market.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, apprenticeships, and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales within the building automation, HVAC, or mechanical systems industry.
- Background in direct-to-owner sales is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with competitors and customer base in the Sarasota region.
- Technical understanding of low-voltage or mechanical systems; controls experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
- Commission:
- 3% on existing business gross profit
- 6% on new business gross profit
- Target: $1M in sales in year one
- Vehicle Reimbursement: $800/month stipend
