Scheduler - Data Centers

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to support the planning and execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope by maintaining accurate schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather schedule inputs and validate timelines.
  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly schedule reports for stakeholders.
  • Support resource planning and allocation to ensure critical path activities are prioritized.
  • Coordinate schedule changes and communicate impacts to all relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry best practices for scheduling.
  • Participate in virtual project meetings and provide real-time schedule updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of scheduling experience in construction or mission-critical projects (data centers preferred).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) and project controls.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
