Senior Civil Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join our team in either Orlando or West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, you'll contribute to the planning and design of civil infrastructure projects in both the public and private sectors. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to produce high-quality design drawings and documentation.
Responsibilities
Develop and revise site plans, plan and profiles, sections, and civil details based on engineering direction.
Design transportation, residential, and commercial projects using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads.
Prepare detailed design packages for subsurface utility and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience preparing detailed civil engineering drawings for public infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadways).
- PE Licensed
At least 3 years of experience with civil/land development design.
Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation/OpenRoads.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
