Senior Electrical Engineer - HYBRID

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering consulting firm and a strong pipeline of commercial work across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience, hold an active PE license, and bring leadership, technical knowledge, and client-facing skills to help guide our Nashville team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior electrical discipline lead for the local team

  • Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and career development

  • Engage with clients directly, represent the electrical discipline in meetings, and support proposal development

  • Oversee technical quality of designs

  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams across offices

  • Utilize tools such as Revit, Bluebeam, and Navisworks to support and evaluate design documentation

  • Contribute to project success by helping manage team coordination, schedule, and design reviews

What We're Looking For

  • 10-15 years of electrical engineering experience in building systems design

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • Strong working knowledge of Revit

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support junior staff

  • Skilled in client-facing roles, proposal development, and project coordination

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (at least 2 days per week in the office)

  • Experience across multiple commercial sectors, especially healthcare
