Senior Manager - Forensic Valuation & Litigation Advisory

My client is a Forensic Valuation and Litigation Advisory group who are seeking a Senior Manager to join thier Southeast based team. The primary responsibility will center on litigation-related valuation and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of seven years of experience handling litigation support matters, including areas such as economic damages, lost profits, wrongful termination, intellectual property infringement, valuation, and expert testimony services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead litigation support projects, coordinating with analysts and consultants to assist expert witnesses.
- Advise on complex business disputes, delivering clear financial insights to legal teams throughout all phases-from case strategy and discovery through testimony.
- Oversee preparation, organization, and completion of workpapers supporting expert opinions and calculations.
- Review reports and assist experts in trial preparation.
- Uphold the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of referral relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on litigation support and damage quantification.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFF, ABV, ASA, CVA, MFAA (CPA preferred).
- Advanced financial analysis capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and project deliverables, mentor team members, and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, attorneys, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
