Job Title: Senior Medical Equipment Planner (Fully Remote)

Salary: $120,000 - $200,000

Location: This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel as needed for project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for multiple healthcare equipment planning projects.

  • Coordinate with clients, design professionals, and internal teams to develop equipment plans that align with operational goals and facility workflows.

  • Create and manage detailed equipment lists, budgets, and specifications.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on current medical technologies and equipment integration.

  • Oversee vendor coordination, procurement support, and installation scheduling.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and client presentations.

  • Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.

  • Stay current with regulatory requirements, healthcare standards, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in medical equipment planning for healthcare facilities.

  • Extensive knowledge of medical equipment and clinical environments.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects.

  • Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in software tools used for equipment tracking and planning.

  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed for project milestones and client meetings.
