Job Title: Senior Medical Equipment Planner (Fully Remote)
Salary: $120,000 - $200,000
Location: This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel as needed for project requirements.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the senior point of contact for multiple healthcare equipment planning projects.
Coordinate with clients, design professionals, and internal teams to develop equipment plans that align with operational goals and facility workflows.
Create and manage detailed equipment lists, budgets, and specifications.
Provide subject matter expertise on current medical technologies and equipment integration.
Oversee vendor coordination, procurement support, and installation scheduling.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and client presentations.
Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Stay current with regulatory requirements, healthcare standards, and industry trends.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in medical equipment planning for healthcare facilities.
Extensive knowledge of medical equipment and clinical environments.
Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects.
Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in software tools used for equipment tracking and planning.
Willingness to travel nationally as needed for project milestones and client meetings.
