About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect/Manager with a strong background in data center and mission-critical facility design. This role involves leading interdisciplinary teams through all project phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality, efficient designs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex technical projects and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and project management of data center and mission-critical facilities from concept through construction.
Coordinate with internal and external engineering teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
Engage in client interactions, presentations, and meetings to communicate project progress and address concerns.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed Architect (RA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Extensive experience in data center and mission-critical facility projects.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards, including IBC, NFPA, and Unified Facility Criteria (UFC).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and travel to project sites as needed.
