The Role
They're looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design efforts, mentor junior engineers, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design for diverse projects, from simple builds to complex industrial facilities.
- Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering internal talent and professional standards.
- Oversee structural calculations, reports, and construction documents.
- Engage with clients and contractors to resolve technical queries during bidding and construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulatory standards, and sustainable design practices.
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in a multi-disciplinary design firm.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Revit, RAM, ETABS, Tekla).
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials and structural systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
