Position Title
Social Compliance Auditor
Job Description
As a Social Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits of factories and suppliers both domestically and internationally, focusing on corporate social responsibility (CSR), labor conditions, human rights, health and safety, ethics, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site audits based on standards such as SMETA, RBA, BSCI, SA8000
- Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients
- Coordinate audit schedules and pre-audit arrangements with clients
- Provide recommendations and follow-up support as needed
- Collaborate with global offices to ensure audit quality and consistency
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social compliance auditing
- Experience with standards such as SMETA, RBA, BSCI, SA8000
- Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred:
- APSCA CSCA certification holder
Location
- Yokohama Office (Remote work available)
- Domestic and international travel required
