Role & Responsibilities
As a Structural Engineer, you will play an integral role in delivering impactful and technically challenging projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and analyzing structural systems for residential, commercial, cultural, civic, and educational projects.
- Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to achieve coordinated and successful design outcomes.
- Conducting site visits and field inspections to evaluate existing conditions and verify compliance with design intent.
- Developing clear, high-quality engineering documentation, including calculations, drawings, technical reports, and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering (structures), or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
- Proficiency with structural analysis software and CAD/BIM tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of quality.
