Superintendent
We are looking for a superintendent to join our team. This position manages all on-site coordination of energy services projects from beginning to end with direct responsibility for project task execution and coordination of all work on site. They are responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of scheduled tasks including oversight of work in occupied spaces as directed by project management. Additionally, they are accountable for assigned projects' scope of work, schedule, and budget.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate all piping installation activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Supervise and mentor field crews, subcontractors, and foremen to drive performance and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and isometric drawings to ensure accurate execution.
- Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and manpower needs to optimize productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology or construction management
- 3+ years of general construction or mechanical contracting project site supervision experience required
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted
- Working knowledge with the operation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and temperature controls preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and how to operate electronic devices such as laptop and iPhone
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to prove US employment eligibility
- Must possess a valid driver's license
