주요 업무
* 재생에너지 사업 부지 발굴 및 토지 확보
* 사업성 검토 및 개발 가능성 분석
* 태양광 및 풍력 프로젝트 인허가 업무 수행
* 개발행위허가, 전기사업허가 등 각종 개발 승인 절차 대응
* 토지 용도 변경 및 토지 관련 인허가 업무 수행
* 지자체, 유관기관, 토지 소유주 등 이해관계자 협의
* 프로젝트 추진 과정 전반의 일정 및 리스크 관리
* 사업개발 및 프로젝트 상업화 지원
자격요건
* 재생에너지 개발, 부동산 개발, 산업단지 개발, 인프라 개발 등 관련 경험 보유자
* 인허가, 개발 승인, 토지 활용 및 이해관계자 대응 경험 보유자
* 토지 확보(Land Acquisition) 및 인허가(Permitting) 경험 우대
* 재생에너지 경험 보유자 우대
* 원활한 대내외 커뮤니케이션 역량
* 한국어 필수, 업무상 활용 가능한 영어 역량 우대
* 적극적이고 주도적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분

Renewable Energy Development Manager
Location: Seoul, South Korea
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing renewable energy platform expanding its presence in South Korea.
We are seeking proactive and hands-on development professionals who are passionate about driving renewable energy projects from early-stage development through permitting and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new project opportunities through land acquisition activities
* Conduct site screening, land assessments, and development feasibility studies
* Manage permitting and regulatory approval processes for renewable energy projects
* Coordinate with local authorities, government agencies, utilities, and landowners
* Support land zoning, land-use conversion, and development approval activities
* Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
* Support project commercialisation and project execution activities
* Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to advance project development
Requirements
* Experience in renewable energy development, land development, real estate development, infrastructure development, or related sectors
* Strong understanding of permitting, development approvals, land use regulations, or stakeholder management
* Experience with land acquisition, development approvals, environmental approvals, or project permitting is highly preferred
* Renewable energy experience is advantageous but not mandatory
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Native Korean and business-level English preferred
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
