About the Role
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, working closely with engineers and project managers across multidisciplinary teams. The role offers exposure to a wide range of infrastructure projects, with the ability to contribute from concept design through to detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce civil designs and modelling using 12d, including roads, drainage, bulk earthworks, and site development projects
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation using 12d and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and project deliverables
- Support the development and review of design standards, processes, and quality control
- Assist with project coordination, design review meetings, and client updates
- Ensure all work meets Australian engineering design standards and project requirements
About You
- 3-8+ years of experience as a Civil Designer, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Strong proficiency in 12d (essential)
- Experience across civil infrastructure such as roads, drainage, land development, mining infrastructure, or water-related projects
- Familiarity with CAD standards and drawing production
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
