Job Duties And Responsibilities
We are seeking an AI Specialist to design, develop, and operationalize applied and agentic AI solutions that advance strategic imperatives across conservation, guest experience, commercial growth, and organisational productivity. This role focuses on translating data and AI capabilities into trusted, scalable, and responsible outcomes. The ideal candidate blends strong technical depth with business acumen, and is comfortable working across data, AI models, agentic workflows, and stakeholders to move AI from experimentation into real‑world impact.
AI Platform & Agentic Capability Enablement
- Design, build, and enhance agentic AI workflows and AI use cases including analytics, LLM‑enabled services, and decision automation.
- Translate business objectives into AI‑powered solutions that support faster, better‑quality decisions and actions.
- Ensure AI solutions are production‑ready, observable, and aligned to architecture and governance standards.
Use Case Development & Business Partnership
- Work closely with business, conservation, commercial, and operations teams to identify, prototype, and scale high‑value AI and agentic use cases.
- Support initiatives spanning guest experience personalisation, commercial optimisation, conservation analytics, operational efficiency, and workforce productivity.
- Enable the shift from AI insights to AI‑assisted and agent‑driven actions.
Data, Semantics & Trust
- Partner with data platform teams to ensure AI solutions are grounded in high‑quality, well‑governed, and semantically consistent data.
- Reduce AI risk through strong data grounding, metric definitions, and explainability.
- Contribute to the development of agent‑ready data and decision frameworks.
Responsible AI & Governance
- Embed Responsible AI principles, security, privacy, and ethical considerations into AI design and deployment.
- Support model reviews, risk assessments, and compliance requirements, especially for guest‑facing or revenue‑impacting use cases.
- Act as a steward of trust, ensuring AI use strengthens reputation and ESG commitments.
Capability Building & Enablement
- Improve organisational AI fluency by working with teams to adopt AI and agent‑based ways of working.
- Contribute to internal AI standards, playbooks, and best practices.
- Stay current on AI and agentic technologies, advising on practical adoption rather than experimental novelty.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduate with experience in applied AI, data analytics, machine learning, or intelligent automation in University projects.
- Hands‑on experience with analytics platforms, AI/ML models, or LLM‑enabled solutions; exposure to agentic or workflow‑based AI is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of data governance, model risk, and Responsible AI considerations.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear business terms.
- Self‑driven, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast‑evolving AI landscape.
