Our current project-a 6-star luxury hotel -offers a rare opportunity for a talented architect to contribute to a world-class hospitality destination. We are seeking a detail-oriented and design-driven Architect with strong Revit skills to join our on-site team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and refine architectural and interior design drawings with a focus on luxury hospitality standards and spatial experience.
- Use Revit to produce accurate and coordinated construction documentation, including detailed sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure fully integrated and cohesive design solutions.
- Participate in on-site coordination, ensuring that design intent is maintained through construction, particularly in finishes, joinery, and detailing.
- Review and resolve design-related issues during construction, providing timely technical input and design clarifications.
- Ensure all design outputs align with project specifications, brand standards, and client expectations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing detailed design and documentation.
- Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years in high-end hotel or resort projects.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality design, including materials, lighting, and spatial planning.
- Experience working on-site with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
