Be part of a design studio that specializes in crafting distinctive, detail-driven residential environments across coastal New England. We are looking for an emerging Architectural Designer who is eager to contribute to thoughtfully designed, high-end homes (both ground-up and renovations) while building a strong technical and design foundation within a collaborative team.
What You Will Do
- Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and digital models for custom residential projects of varying scale and complexity
- Document existing site and building conditions through field measurements, site visits, and accurate as-built drawings
- Support the design process from early schematic phases through construction documentation, including both hand sketches and digital visualization
- Coordinate drawing production with internal team members and external consultants to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Implement revisions across all project phases, ensuring documentation reflects current design direction and client feedback
- Assist with material research, finish selections, and preparation of client presentation materials
- Contribute to the development of permit sets and construction documents, maintaining alignment with project intent and technical requirements
What You Bring
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Early-career experience in architectural practice, preferably within residential design
- Strong design communication skills, including sketching and visual storytelling
- Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to balance multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality design work
- Must be able to work on-site and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
