What You'll Be Doing
- Support Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, field leadership, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and material deliveries
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates
- Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Work closely with field teams to support successful project execution
- Maintain project records and reporting throughout construction
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or assistant project management
- Experience within electrical construction, MEP, or commercial construction preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Driven, detail-oriented, and eager to develop into a Project Manager
