What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role across project delivery, team development, and business development:
Project & Team Leadership
- Lead the success of the profit center through oversight of design, production, quality, training, and team performance
- Manage up to two Project Managers overseeing 4-8 engineering staff
- Guide projects from entitlements through construction support with strong problem‑solving, organization, and risk management skills
- Conduct site investigations, establish schedules, and ensure high‑quality execution at all stages
Client & Business Development
- Represent the firm in client meetings and industry settings
- Define scopes of work, prepare proposals and fee estimates, and review materials with leadership
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while cultivating new opportunities
- Support broader practice growth by engaging in strategic planning, market positioning, and relationship‑based business development
Strategic Impact
- Contribute to long‑term planning, resource allocation, and process improvement
- Help shape a high‑performance culture through mentorship, communication, and positive leadership
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience managing land development projects
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Strong communication, decision‑making, and team‑building skills
- Proven ability to manage projects from early planning through construction support
- A motivated, curious problem‑solver who thrives both independently and collaboratively
