Position Overview
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented BIM/Revit professional who enjoys collaboration, precision, and variety in project work. The Structural Engineering BIM Revit Technician will support engineers across multiple disciplines, producing accurate models, drawings, and documentation for small‑to‑medium‑sized projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed BIM models and structural construction drawings for diverse projects.
- Customize standard details and address project‑specific conditions.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional teams, including architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
- Produce high‑quality documentation from preliminary layouts through final deliverables.
- Interpret and present construction documents with clarity and confidence.
- Participate in the coordination and management of multiple concurrent projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree or Revit/BIM certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in structural design using BIM and Revit.
- Proficiency in BIM software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
