A top-tier engineering firm is seeking a BMS Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center projects in the Philadelphia region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project leader with deep experience in building management systems and a strong understanding of data center operations. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
The BMS Project Manager will be responsible for:
Managing BMS project delivery from design through commissioning
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Overseeing budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Ensuring compliance with data center standards and protocols
Leading system testing, validation, and turnover
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing BMS or controls projects
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and operations
Experience with platforms like Niagara, Tridium, or Siemens
Excellent project management and communication skills
PMP certification is a plus
