Compensation: $90,000-$130,000 annually
Reports To: Vice President of Operations
Department: Branch Operations
Position Summary
The Branch Manager oversees all day‑to‑day branch functions, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality service delivery, and strong financial performance. This role is responsible for leading branch staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving service issues promptly.
Oversee branch operations to meet established revenue, profitability, and performance goals.
Monitor all service areas to confirm work meets quality standards and is completed within required timeframes.
Maintain quality control through inspections, calibration processes, and adherence to operational guidelines.
Allocate resources effectively and delegate tasks based on employee strengths and workload.
Anticipate operational needs, set priorities, and implement daily action plans.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and operational systems.
Ensure staff have the tools, equipment, and training necessary to perform their duties successfully.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch employees to ensure compliance with organizational policies and performance expectations.
Oversee proper creation, management, and storage of required documentation.
Meet monthly with the Vice President of Operations to review goals, branch performance, and budget planning.
Conduct monthly staff meetings to review performance metrics, budget goals, and operational updates.
Verify accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
Monitor equipment inventory levels and request transfers or capital expenditures as needed.
Manage processing of rental orders, invoices, and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or
Three years of related experience in people management
A combination of education and experience that provides the required competencies.

Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Professional and courteous demeanor
Ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documentation
Competence in basic math, including fractions, percentages, and interpreting graphs
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate non-standardized situations
Licenses
Valid driver's license required
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervision of branch employees
Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, disciplinary actions, and resolving employee or customer concerns
Ensure all supervisory actions comply with organizational policies and applicable laws
