Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage bridge inspection teams across Michigan
- Conduct NBIS-compliant inspections and generate detailed reports
- Coordinate with DOT clients and internal stakeholders
- Uphold safety and quality standards on all inspection activities
- Mentor and support the development of junior inspection staff
Qualifications:
- Licensed PE or Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI)
- Minimum 5 years of bridge inspection experience
- Strong familiarity with Michigan DOT and NBIS standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the state as needed
