Job Title: Heavy Civil Bridge Construction Superintendent
Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent with a strong background in bridge construction and related infrastructure projects. This is a full-time opportunity based in the Denver area, ideal for a seasoned professional with 5-10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations on bridge and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Proven track record with contractors on projects including:
- Bridges
- Sitework / Site Development
- Highways
- Excavation & Earthwork
- Paving
- Underground Utilities & Pipe Installation
- Concrete Structures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- OSHA certification preferred
