About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects within mission-critical data center environments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced technical projects and is eager to grow into a leadership position. While primarily remote, the position requires up to 40% travel to project sites across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing BMS projects for data centers.

  • Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on target.

  • Coordinate with design engineers, controls technicians, and subcontractors to align project milestones.

  • Support documentation, reporting, and compliance with client and industry standards.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.

  • Participate in site visits, commissioning activities, and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience in building automation systems or data center projects preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

  • U.S. work authorization required.
