About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Controls Programmer with hands-on expertise in Distech controllers to support mission-critical data center projects. This role focuses on programming, configuring, and commissioning building automation systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. While remote work is available, site visits may be required for commissioning and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program, configure, and commission Distech controllers for building automation systems in data centers.

  • Develop and implement control sequences for HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.

  • Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and field technicians to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize BAS performance during installation and commissioning phases.

  • Provide technical documentation, programming standards, and ongoing support for clients.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience programming Distech controllers in building automation projects.

  • Strong understanding of BAS platforms, HVAC systems, and data center environments.

  • Familiarity with Tridium Niagara or other integration platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret design documents and translate them into functional control sequences.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • U.S. work authorization required.
